Grant Program for out of state students who are Graduates of Jamestown Community College
Students who are considered out of state and have graduated with an associates degree from Jamestown Community College will receive a grant that covers the difference between in-state and out-of-state tuition. Please be sure your final transcript from Jamestown Community College is on file at Penn State.
