Medicine Clinic
The general medicine clinic provides evaluation and treatment for conditions that are not life-threatening or an emergency. For example, we treat things such as flu, respiratory conditions, sports injuries, urinary tract infections, rashes, and mononucleosis, as well as perform physicals for a driver’s license or employment.
Laboratory Services
Laboratory services are available to students who are being treated by Health and Wellness. We can provide on-site laboratory services for blood draws, Strep A, Mono spot, urinalysis, pregnancy testing, glucose, and hemoglobin. We also offer confidential HIV testing. All employees and staff who have orders for a blood draw from their primary physician can have the procedure done at the Health and Wellness Center and results sent directly to their physician.
Medications
The Health and Wellness Center has a variety of prescription and non-prescription medications that may be purchased on-site. We can also provide written prescriptions to students who wish to use their prescriptive insurance card at a local pharmacy.
