If you are 60 years of age or older, you are eligible to attend Penn State Behrend tuition-free through our GO-60 program.
To qualify for admission in the GO-60 program, you must be a Pennsylvania resident, a former Penn State student, or former Penn State employee. In addition the applicant must be at least 60 years of age at the time of enrollment and be retired or employed less than half-time. Adult learners must meet any course prerequisites and follow established rules, regulations and procedures applicable to all students.
GO-60 participants can take a maximum of six credits per semester and are also permitted to audit a course for no grade. Participants can not pursue any associate degrees or baccalaureate degrees, but can pursue any credit certificate offered at Penn State Behrend. All GO-60 students are required to pay the current technology fee.
