With 4,700 students enrolled at Penn State Behrend and nearly 1,750 living on-campus, there is a strong need to provide our college community with off-campus housing alternatives. We have partnered with BrainWebs Housing Registry System to provide both landlords and tenants easy access to information regarding off-campus housing.
For students with a current on-campus contract, it is strongly encouraged to first request a release from this contract before signing a lease with an off-campus landlord.
Behrend students, faculty and staff may now search on-line for available rental properties near the campus. Using the on-line system tenants may also subscribe to a "wait list" which will send an immediate notification as new properties are listed, thus keeping you up-to date on available rental units. Please note: Although the Division of Student Affairs facilitates the sharing of information regarding living units, off-campus dwellings have not been inspected by Penn State Behrend, and the college does not take responsibility for the facilities listed.

Post rental properties
Landlords and agents may now list, maintain, and remove rental offerings directly through BrainWebs. Rental properties may be listed for a period of 30 days before renewal is required. This keeps rental information up-to-date for potential tenants.
