Face & Body Painting 101

This class is designed for the budding artist whose canvas cannot be limited to a simple piece of paper and doesn't mind getting a little messy! Participants will learn basic shapes, brush strokes and techniques to paint on the face and body while taking turns being the artist and the canvas. This class will provide a fun opportunity for participants to learn and practice beginning skills in the art of face and body painting.

Weather Fun with Frozen NEW

Take some heat off this summer by learning about the weather that Elsa created in the movie.  Join us for an exciting week of learning about winter weather. Become a  meteorologist as you learn what they do. Discover how snow  is created learn the differences between solids, liquids and gases as well as how to go between the forms.  Create your own snowstorms, learn about snowflakes, perform experiments and make predictions on what makes ice melt the fastest, and much more.

Jungle Adventures

Lions and tigers and bears . . . oh my! Join us for Jungle Adventures where students will have the chance to learn about a variety of animals that live in the jungle. We will investigate where these animals live, what they eat, and how we can protect them. On the last day of class we will take an "expedition" to the Erie Zoo where students can see all of the animals they learned about during the week.

Please note: a parent/guardian must provide transportation and accompany their children at the zoo. The program will NOT assume responsibility for children during the field trip.
