All Penn State Army ROTC scholarships offer the following benefits:
- Resident or non-resident tuition paid in full up to $12,000.00
- Lab, computer and activity fees paid in full
- Up to $4500 annually, non-taxable spending allowance
- $1,200 annual book allotment
Two-year scholarships
- Apply no later than April of college sophomore year
- Full benefits begin college junior year
- Guaranteed reserve/national guard commissions available
- Ask about the Leadership Training Course
Three-year scholarships
- Apply no later than March of college freshman year
- Full benefits begin college sophomore year
- Ask about compressing your freshman courses
Four-year scholarships
- Apply no later than January 10 of your senior year in high school
- Full benefits begin freshman year
- Ask about our overnight visit program
