Business of Healthcare

A six-week non-credit professional development program. 

Effective health care institutions rely on leaders who use both medical acumen and problem-solving skills when making important business decisions. This course will educate health care managers on making cost-efficient decisions. Attendees will also create and present a business case for improving patient care.
