Police Services conducts several safety-oriented programs and operations for the benefit of the Behrend community. These include things such as:
- Building security
- Parking enforcement
- Parking reservations
- Key issuance*
- Card access*
- Fire safety training
- Lab safety equipment inspection
- Emergency telephones and checks
- Outdoor lighting checks
- Escort services
- Fire drills
- Crime prevention programs and crime statistics
- Medical emergency response
- Hazardous materials point-of-contact (disposal, Material Safety Data Sheets, Right to Know, etc.)
* Note: Police Services does not issue keys nor control access to residence halls.
