My teaching philosophy is one that creates a comfortable, yet challenging, environment for all students, with a focus on hands-on learning. I encourage, and value, an active learning approach where students take ownership of the learning process. I encourage students to add to classroom discussion, work with fellow students, challenge course topics in a respectful manner, and perform additional research into course topics. My teaching typically includes interactive discussions, team-based projects, case studies, and hands-on technology exercises.
