Faculty Organization and Council

The Faculty Organization is the sole legislative body for the faculty of the college. Among the matters within the legislative jurisdiction of the organization are:

  • Instructional courses and programs of study
  • Academic admission standards
  • Graduation requirements
  • Scholarships and honors

The Faculty Organization also acts as an advisory and consultative body to the Chancellor. The council consists of elected, ex-officio, and appointed members, and it has authority over the operations of the Faculty Organization.
