Technology classrooms are jointly supported by the Copy & Multimedia Center (CMC) and the Computer Center.
All classrooms feature Internet access and networked software provided by the Computer Center. In addition all classrooms have podiums designed for instructional use. The podiums house a workstation PC, combination DVD/VCR player, and connections for a user’s laptop. Computer, DVD, and VCR signals can be projected onto the wall screen via a data projector.
All audiovisual equipment undergoes routine maintenance but problems do occasionally occur.
Proper operation of audiovisual equipment ensures a better presentation.
CMC staff will gladly familiarize you with the operation of technology classroom AV equipment. Equipment orientation sessions are conducted at the beginning of each semester. One-on-one training sessions may be scheduled at any time by calling x 6121.
